三年制临床医学专业人才培养模式改革的研究——以张家口地区为例

Research on the Reform of Three-Year Clinical Medical Professionals'Training Mode——Taking Zhangjiakou Area as an Example

结合中国当前基层卫生服务体系发展需求,对张家口地区三年制临床医学专业的教学模式和毕业生就业状况进行了深入分析,从加强人文素质教育、深入开展教学内容与方式改革、探索订单式培养模式等方面提出了临床医学专业人才培养模式的改革思路。

Considering the current development need of China;s primary health care system,this paper analyzes the teaching modes of the three-year clinical medicine and the graduates ; employment status in Zhangjiakou area, and offers reform ideas of professional training modes in respect of humanistic education, teaching content and methods reform,and exploring order-oriented training modes, etc.
