Evaluation method for teachers＇ comprehensive quality has been a topic worthy of study. Using the fuzzy clustering analysis mathod to evaluate the quality of teachers, the positions of teachers are determined and classified. When the system＇s number is larger, one can use the computer program to solve it. This mathod is more accurate and more convient than that by the length of service to decide teachers＇ professional.
