摘要
教师综合素质评价方法一直是个值得研究的课题。利用模糊聚类分析法评价教师的综合素质,从而对教师进行定岗分类。当系统数量比较庞大时,可以利用计算机程序解决。该方法比普通的按照工龄对教师定岗分类准确方便得多。
Evaluation method for teachers' comprehensive quality has been a topic worthy of study. Using the fuzzy clustering analysis mathod to evaluate the quality of teachers, the positions of teachers are determined and classified. When the system's number is larger, one can use the computer program to solve it. This mathod is more accurate and more convient than that by the length of service to decide teachers' professional.
