小骨窗侧裂入路治疗高血压脑出血36例分析

Astudy of therapeutic effects of small bone flap craniotomy via lateral fissure approach in 36 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨小骨窗侧裂入路治疗高血压脑出血的治疗效果。方法采用小骨窗侧裂入路手术治疗36例高血压脑出血患者。结果术后3个月随访:3例失访,ADL I级12例,ADL II级18例,ADL III级3例,没有死亡及植物生存状态病例。结论采用小骨窗侧裂入路治疗高血压性脑出血可以改善预后,降低病死率及减少并发症。

Objective To expore the therapeutic effects of small bone flap craniotomy via lateral fissure approach in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients treated by small bone flap craniotomy via lateral fissure approach were assessed accorting to ADL Scale after 3 months of follow-up. Results 12 patients had ADL grade l, 18 patients had ADL grade II, 3 patients had ADL grade II,no dead and vegetative state patients 3 patients were out of follow-up. Conclusion small bone flap craniotomy via lateral fissure approach would improve the prognosis and decrease the rate of case fatality and complications.
