手足口病的护理浅析

Analysis of nursing of hand-foot-mouth disease

目的探讨手足口病的临床治疗及护理方法。方法将我院收治的68例手足口病患儿,给予常规吸氧及心电监护,动态监测呼吸、心率、血压、血氧饱和度等,给予抗病毒、退热等对症支持治疗,给予退热护理、消毒隔离、密切观察病情变化、皮肤护理、心理护理、健康教育等方式进行护理,分析治疗及护理效果。结果 68例患儿经治疗及护理后,均痊愈出院,治疗及护理过程中均未见明显不良反应发生。结论在对症支持治疗后,采用综合护理,可获得良好效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment and nursing methods of hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods 68 cases of our hospital of hand-foot-mouth disease patients, given conventional oxygen and ecg monitoring,dynamic monitoring breathing, heart rate,blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation and so on, to give antivirus, such as fever symptomatic support treatment,care and disinfection isolation to antifebrile, close observation patient＇s condition, skin care and psychological care, health education,analysis treatment and nursing effect.Results 68 cases after treatment and nursing, were recovered hospital discharge,treatment and nursing process all did not see obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion In symptomatic support after treatment,the comprehensive care and it can get good effect.Worth to application at clinical.
