摘要
目的 探讨地方性克汀病智力低下与尾核神经元放电活动及神经递质的关系。方法 复制碘缺乏子代大鼠模型 ;采用玻璃微电极记录碘缺乏子代大鼠尾核神经元单位自发放电活动 ,并观察侧脑室注入乙酰胆碱对其影响。结果 碘缺乏子代大鼠尾核神经元自发放电数目稀少 ,以低、中频率为主 ,而对照组以中、高频率占优 (P <0 .0 1) ;注入乙酰胆碱后 ,对照组 5 5 %尾核神经元放电呈兴奋效应 ,而碘缺乏子代大鼠仅有 2 3%兴奋 ,5 8%无明显变化。
Objective Study the relationship between poor intelligence and neuron unit discharges and transmitters.Methods The effects of intralateral cerberal ventrical (ICV) injection of acetylcholine (Ach) on neuron unit discharges of Caudate nucleus (CN) in the generation of iodine deficiency rats (GIDR) were recorded by glass microelectrodes.Results In the control group the frequencies of unit discharges were significantly increased and the main response (55%) to Ach was excitatory.Compared with the control group,the frequencies of 58% unit discharges of GIDR Group were unchanged,excitatory units were only 23% (P<0.01).Conclusions The poor learning and memory is related to the dysfunction of cholinergic system of CN in GIDR. [
