口服吗啡控释片用于癌痛病人起始剂量的探讨

Observation of initial dosage for morphine controlled release tablets in the treatment of cancer pain

目的 :研究吗啡控释片的最佳起始剂量。方法 :癌痛病人 40例 ,随机分为两组 ,每组 2 0例。组Ⅰ口服吗啡控释片 10mg ,组Ⅱ口服吗啡控释片 30mg ,均为 1次 /12h。服药 7d后 ,采用视觉模拟评分法 (VAS法 )评价止痛疗效。结果 :两组用药后的止痛效果明显 ,且无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但组Ⅱ副作用的发生率高于组Ⅰ。结论 :口服吗啡控释片用于癌痛病人的起始剂量应为 10mg,1次 /12h。

Purpose:To study the optimal initial dosage for morphine controlled release tablet.Methods:40 patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups, each group was allotted 20 cases. Group Ⅰ was treated with morphine controlled release tablet 10 mg q12h po, and group Ⅱ 30 mg q12h po. The courses of treatment were 7 days in both groups.Results:The analgesic effect was not significantly different in the two groups. But the incidence of side effects in group Ⅱ was higher than in group Ⅰ.Conclusions:The initial dosage of treating cancer pain with morphine controlled release tablet should be 10 mg q12h po.
