摘要
新加坡南洋理工学院形成了鲜明的“无界化”校园文化、“双轨制”的教学模式、“教学工厂”办学理念和“无货架寿命”师资开发培训等世界职业教育领先的办学特色。我国高职院校可根据实际，推进创新教育，开展“无界化”校园文化建设，加快双师型教师队伍建设，提高为企业服务的能力和主动性。
