摘要
以新加坡南洋理工学院“教学医院”的理念，探索护理专业“理实一体化”实训基地建设的基本思路，研究基地建设运作方式，探讨如何突出护理专业实践能力的培养，推动高护教育发展。
According to the ＂teaching hospital＂ concept of Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic, this thesis explores the approaches and mode to construct and operate practice base for nursing specialty under the idea of integration of theory and practice. It also discusses how to promote the nursing professional practice ability.
