摘要
高等教育大众化阶段,应用型人才是应用型本科院校的人才培养定位。在应用型人才培养模式下,围绕应用型人才质量和规格要求,需要建立与应用型人才培养模式相适应的教育教学体系和组织运行方式,保障应用型人才培养教育功能的实现。
As the popularization stage of higher education, applied talents are the location of application - oriented higher education. In the application - oriented higher education, based on the quality and requirements of talents, corresponding education teaching system and ways of organization were set up to guarantee the realization of applied talent education functions.
