当代美术教师素质论说

On Contemporary Art Teacher Qualities

素质教育是以提高民族素质为宗旨的教育。培养学生美术文化和审美是素质教育的重要组成部分,其中美术教师的作用十分重要。根据前期对农村中小美术教育现状的研究,对吉林、黑龙江、辽宁等省做的调研显示,广大农村中小学美术教育虽有一定的进步,但现状仍令人担忧。最让我们担忧的是美术专业教师素质得不到提高,教学质量从根本上就得不到保证。通过从教师师德、心理素质和人格魅力、知识技能、科研能力四个方面对美术教师素质提出几点建议,希望能够促进美术教师不断加强自身素质的培养,保证美术课程的教学质量稳步前进。

Quality education is the one to improve national qualities. Cultivating student art culture and aesthetic is the most important part, of which art teacher＇ s role is very important. According to the research of rural junior and primary schools, the researches of Jilin, Heilongjiang and Liaoning showed art education in most of rural primary and juinor schools has made certain progress, but it still worries us. The most worrying thing is the art teachers＇ quality can not be improved. Teaching quality couldn＇ t be guaranteed. From the teacher merits, psychology quality and character charm , knowledge skills and academic skills, several suggestions were put forward in the hope of promoting teachers＇ self quality improved and guaranteeing the teaching quality steadily to develop.
