穿透膈肌的胸腹膜假性黏液瘤1例并文献复习

摘要 腹膜假性黏液瘤（pseudomyxomapefitonei，PMP）在临床少见，而穿透膈肌形成胸、腹膜假性黏液瘤在国内尚未见文献报道。我们近遇一例，现结合文献就本病的组织起源、临床特点及诊治预后作一探讨。 患者女，48岁。因“盆腔术后1年腹痛4个月”入我院。患者于1年前因间断性右侧胸腹部疼痛2个月，遂到外院就诊。检查：血常规、肝肾功能、CEA及CA-125等均正常，CA-199为78．06U／ml。B超示：
