3种药物治疗小儿疱疹性龈口炎的疗效观察

The clinical curative effect observation on three kinds of drug in the treatment of children herpetic gingivostomatitis

目的比较干扰素、阿昔洛韦、中药地骨皮治疗急性疱疹性龈口炎的临床疗效。方法将急性疱疹性龈口炎患者随机分为3组:干扰素组28例用重组人干扰素a2b注射液1000000IU肌注,1次/d,并用该药涂抹病损处;阿昔洛韦组30例口服阿昔洛韦片100～200mg,5次/d,碘甘油涂抹病损处;中药制剂组22例用新鲜地骨皮根刮皮30g加水1000g煮当茶喂患儿,观察3组患儿发热、疼痛及牙龈充血程度、溃疡数目变化及愈合时间。结果使用中药制剂组服药后1h退热,疼痛及牙龈充血程度当日显著减轻,溃疡数目在1～3d内显著减少,溃疡愈合时间短,同阿昔洛韦组、干扰素组相比,退热平均天数、疼痛及牙龈充血程度、溃疡数目变化及愈合时间均短于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用中药制剂治疗急性疱疹性龈口炎疗程短,经济,易于被患者接受,疗效显著。

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of the interferon, Acyclovir, traditional Chinese medicine Cor- tex lycii radicisherpes in the treatment of children herpetic gingivostomatitis. Methods Acute herpetic gingivostomatitis pa- tients were randomly divided into three groups： interferon group （28 cases） were given recombinant human interferon a2b injec- tion, 1 million IU, intramuscular injection, one time/day, and daubed the damage position with the drug; Acyclovir group （30 cases） were given Acyclovir piece of 100-200 mg by oral, 5 times/day, iodine glycerin was used to daub the damage po sition; traditional Chinese medicine group （22 cases） were given the fresh bone skin root scraped 30 g with 1 000 g water, which was used as the tea to feed the children, the fever, pain and gum congestion degree, ulcer number change and healing time of patients among 3 groups were observed. Results Compared with Acyclovir group and interferon group, the preparation antifebrile average days, pain and gum congestion degree, ulcer number change and healing time in the traditional Chinese medicine group were shorter than the other two groups, 1 hour after taking the drug fever, pain and gum congestion degree significant lightened, and the number of ulcer within 1-3 d significantly reduced, ulcer healing time was short with a sig- nificant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine preparation for the treatment of herpetic gingivostomatitis with short course is economic and easy to be accepted by patients, and its curative effect is distinct.
