摘要
目的建立胆木总生物碱含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定胆木中总生物碱的含量。结果建立了胆木总生物碱的含量测定方法,测定波长为222nm,标准曲线为Y=62.841X+0.0363,R=0.9997(n=9),线性范围0.00096~0.0192mg/mL,平均回收率为100.45%,RSD为0.62%(n=9)。结论该方法稳定、可靠、专属性强,可用于胆木总生物碱的含量测定,为胆木的质量控制提供了新方法。
Objective To establish the content determination method of total alkaloids in Nauclea officinalis. Methods Used UV spectrophotometry to detect total alkaloids of Nauclea officinalis. Results The method of determinating the con- tent of total alkaloids in Nauclea officinalis was established. Wavelength: 222 nm, Standard curve: Y = 62.841X + 0.036 3, R = 0.999 7(n = 9) in the range of 0.000 96-0.019 2 mg/mL, the average recovery was 100.45%, and the RSD was 0.62% (n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple, reliable, precise and provide a scientific basis for the quality controlling of total alkaloids in Nauclea officinalis.
