中国医生角色行为中的文化传统初探

从中国医生职务上的角色和正式团体中的角色两方面探讨其角色行为所蕴涵着的独特的文化传统,主要有"上医医国,利则生民(社会本位高于个人本位)"、"以德医己,以技医人(自我修养先于他人服务)"、"仁爱济世,传道授业(道德追求大于社会索取)"及"以信为本,以和为贵(中庸之道主导和谐交往)",并分析当今中国医生角色行为的文化现状,表现为社会责任感有待加强、医德观念趋于淡漠、"中和"思想知行不一,说明探讨中国医生角色行为文化传统的现实意义,并从伦理学角度阐述解决方法,即加强社会责任感、培养医德情感、重视"中和"思想。

It mainly contains doctors with top medical skills could manage the nation to benefit people, working with morals and excellent skills, loving all with kindheartedness and transmitting wisdom, based on sincerity and harmony. And the current station is the Chinese doctors should further strengthen their sense of society re- sponsibility, medical ethics and Golden Mean.
