乳腺癌简化根治术后胸大肌运动功能障碍原因探讨

Primary study on the causes of musculus pectoral major hypokinesia after reduced radical operation of breast cancer.

目的 探讨乳腺癌简化根治切除术术后病人患侧上肢运动功能障碍的原因。方法 采用彩色多普勒血流显像仪对 2 0例行乳腺癌简化根治切除术 (pateydyson手术 )术后病人的双侧胸大肌厚度、血液供应量进行测量 ,同时测量双侧胸大肌肌力及上肢内收角度。结果 患侧胸大肌厚度、胸大肌可探测到的各支动脉血流量的总和、患侧上臂内收肌力及内收角与健侧比较差异均有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 乳腺癌简化根治切除术时应对胸大肌血液供应血管及支配其运动的神经加强保护 ,以提高病人术后生存质量。

Objective\ To study the causes of affected side's upper extremities hypokinesia after reduced radical operation of breast cancer.Methods\ To measure the thickness and blood supply volume of musculus pectoral major of both sides on 20 patients after reduced radical operation of breast cancer by colour Doppler blood stream imaging.Muscle strength of musculus pectoral major and upper extremities adducent angle were measured at the same time.Results\ Thickness of musculus pectoral major,detectable volume of blood supply,adducent muscle strength and adducent angle of affected side had significant differences compared with health side(P<0 05).Conclusion\ To improve postoperative living quality,blood supply vessels and motor nerves of musculus pectoral major should be better protected in the process of reduced radical operation of breast cancer.
