人乳牙根生理性吸收不同时期C型利钠利尿肽在破牙细胞中的表达研究

摘要 目的观察C型利钠利尿肽(CNP)在人乳牙根生理性吸收不同时期破牙细胞中的表达。方法临床收集牙根生理性吸收早、中、晚期的离体乳牙,运用免疫组织化学方法检测不同时期人乳牙根生理性吸收过程中CNP蛋白在破牙细胞中的表达情况。结果各吸收期破牙细胞胞浆中CNP免疫组化阳性表达高于恒牙组(P<0.05),吸收早期与中、晚期比较,破牙细胞内CNP表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CNP在人乳牙根生理性吸收不同时期的破牙细胞中表达有差异,可能对乳牙根吸收有促进作用。 Objective To investigate the function and the expression of C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) in odontoclasts during the different stages of physiological resorption of human deciduous teeth. Methods The physiological root resorption of human primary teeth were collected and divided into 3 groups. CNP was designed to be observed expression in primary teeth root by immunohistochemistry. Results CNP positive signals were observed in odontoclasts in primary teeth. The ex- pression of CNP in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The expression of CNP in the ear- ly stages of primary teeth were significantly different from that of the other two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion CNP ex- presses during the different stages of physiological root resorption and might involve in the replacement of primary and per- manent teeth.
