食物特异性IgG与儿童腹型过敏性紫癜相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨食物特异性IgG与儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的相关性及意义。方法收集我院2006年1月~2011年6月收治的腹型过敏性紫癜患儿108例,随机分为干预组及对照组,其中干预组56例,对照组52例,另选用同期就诊的50例单纯性过敏性紫癜及50例健康体检儿作为对照,对腹型过敏性紫癜组和单纯性过敏性紫癜组分别采用酶联免疫方法(ELISA)进行血清食物组特异性IgG(14种抗原)检测,干预组根据IgG检验结果对相应的食物进行限制,对照组仅限制高蛋白食物,分别于第30、60日进行疗效评估。结果食物特异性IgG总阳性率腹型过敏性紫癜组为90.7%,单纯性过敏性紫癜组为70.0%,健康对照组为38.0%,腹型过敏性紫癜组明显高于单纯性过敏性紫癜组及健康对照组,差异具有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。腹型过敏性紫癜组中干预组与对照组进行干预第30、60日两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论通过限制不耐受的食物可以使腹型过敏性紫癜的症状得到有效控制。 Objective To explore correlation and significance on specific IgG and children food of abdominal allergic pur- pura. Methods 108 cases children of abdominal allergic purpura were retrospective analyzed from January 2006 to June 2011 as the experimental group, they were evenly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The same pe- riod of 50 simple doctor allergic purpura and 50 healthy check-up son were choosed as control group, and control group were used respectively to the enzyme league immune method (ELISA) serum food groups specificity IgG (14 kinds of anti- gen) test, according to the test results of the corresponding IgG limit on the food, respectively, in the 30 days, 60 days, the clinical efficacy evaluation. Results Food specificity IgG total positive rate of abdominal allergic purpura group was 90.7%, simple allergic purpura group was 70.0%, health to 38.0% in the placebo group, abdominal type allergic purpura group was significantly higher than the simple allergic purpura group and healthy controls, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Of abdominal allergic purpura group and the control group in the intervention, 30, 60 days and two curative ef- fect of comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion To limit intolerance food can make abdominal symptoms of allergic purpura controlled effectively.
