中西医结合治疗老年喘息性支气管炎56例临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with asthmatic bronchitis

目的观察采用中西医结合方式治疗老年喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将我院112例喘息性支气管炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各56例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药定喘汤,14 d为1个疗程。治疗结束后比较两组的肺功能指标及临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91.1%,明显高于对照组(78.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床症状消失时间和住院时间明显少于对照组(均P<0.05),治疗后两组患者的肺功能均有不同程度的改善,观察效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年喘息性支气管炎临床效果显著,起效快且能改善患者的肺功能,值得在临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods 112 cases of the patients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 56 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional treatment, treatment group was given Dingchuan Decoction on the basis of control group, 14 days for a course of treatment. The efficacy and pulmonary function of two groups were compared ＂after treatment. Results The clinical cure rate of treatment group was 91.1%, significantly higher than that of control group （78.6%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The remission time of symptoms and signs and length of stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The two groups＂ pulmonary functions were improved after treatment, and treatment group was better （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of integrative medicine in treatment of elderly patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis is satisfactory and it can improve pulmonary function of the patients, so it is worthy of clinical use.
