生活方式干预对脂肪肝患者体检指标的影响

Effect of lifestyle intervention on physical examination indicators in patients with fatty liver

目的探讨生活方式干预对脂肪肝患者体检指标的影响。方法选取2010年10月～2011年10月间于我院体检查出脂肪肝的患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,观察生活方式干预对其体检指标的影响。结果观察组患者治疗后与治疗前比较,体重、腰围、BMI指数、三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均明显降低(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显升高(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后比较,体重、腰围、BMI指数、三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均明显降低(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显升高(P<0.05)。结论生活方式干预对脂肪肝患者体检指标的影响明显,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of lifestyle intervention on physical examination indicators in patients with fatty liver. Methods 100 cases of fatty liver patients diagnosed in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011 were randomly assigned to observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The effect of lifestyle intervention on physical examination indicators was observed. Results Weight, waist circumference, BMI index, triglycerides, cholesterol and LDL cholesterol of treatment group were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment （P 〈 0.05） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly higher after treatment （P 〈 0.05）; and after treatment, body weight, waist circumference, BMI index, triglycerides, cholesterol and LDL cholesterol were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, while high-density lipoprotein protein cholesterol was significantly higher in the treat ment group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Lifestyle intervention has significant effect on physical examination indicators of patients with fatty liver, thus it is worthy of wide application.
