零库存在我院中药饮片管理中的应用

The application of Zero inventory in traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital

目的探讨零库存在我院中药饮片管理中的应用。方法通过ABC管理法,进行系统分析,确立中药饮片的采购计划,经领导审批后,选择信誉度高的供应商采购,货到后直接配送到药房,验收人员验收合格后办理入库和出库手续。结果我院实施中药零库存2年多来,极大盘活了医院的流动资金,减少了药品的积压,降低了营运成本。结论零库存的优势明显大于传统库存法,是医院发展的新趋势。

Objective To investigate the application of zero inventory in traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital. Methods By ABC management method, system analysis, established Chinese herbal medicine procurement plan. After the lead- ership approval, choose a high degree of credibility of the supplier. The goods were distributed directly to pharmacy, then the in- spectors finished import and export procedures after the acceptance of qualified. Results The hospital cash flow greatly invig- orated, the backlog of drugs reduced, operating costs reduced. Conclusion Zero inventory of obvious advantages than tradi- tional inventory method,is a new trend in the development of hospital.
