宫腔电切术治疗子宫颈良性病变76例临床分析

目的探讨宫腔电切术治疗子宫颈良性病变的临床意义。方法应用宫腔电切镜，对７６例保守治疗无效的宫颈慢性炎症、肿瘤等良性病变患者行宫颈内膜、肿瘤电切术。结果手术全部成功，术后随访６５例，随访时间为３个月至２年半，未见复发。术中术后合并症不多。结论宫腔电切术治疗宫颈良性病变，合并症少，创伤小，且能保留患者生育功能，是治疗宫颈良性病变的较好方法。

Objective To evaluate the effects of the treatment for cervical benign lesion with trans -hysteroscopic electroresection, Methods 76 patients with cervicitis or cervical benign tumor who had received conservative therapy underwent trans-hysteroscopic electroresection to remove the tumors or endocervix, 7 of which also received myomatectomy and another 3 were subjected to conical endocervicectomy by electrotome combined with electrocision endocervixctomy. Results All the operations were successfully performed. The followed-up visit of 65 patients (86%) for a duration of 3 months to 2.5 years showed no recurrence of the diseases or surgical complications. Conclusions Trans-hysterescopic electroresection is effective method in the treatment of cervical benign lesion. This method gives use to less complication and cause lighter damage, and can retain generative function of the patients.
