大鼠小腿三头肌神经终支选择切断的生物力学变化及临床意义

摘要 目的为在肌门处选择性神经切断术治疗脑瘫下肢痉挛提供理论依据。方法取24只体质量240-260g的正常成年雄性SD大鼠,随机分为4组,每组6只。按小腿三头肌各肌门处神经终支的总数,设计切断终支的20%、40%、60%、80%。分别测小腿三头肌术前、术后强直收缩时的最大肌张力。结果SD大鼠小腿三头肌最大肌张力,术前4组间均数比较无显著性差异。术后各组与其术前张力均数比较均有显著性差异.4个手术组术后张力均数比较,两两之间均有显著性差异。结论在SD大鼠小腿三头肌肌门处,选择切断神经终支,可降低小腿三头肌肌张力。肌门处切断不同比例的神经终支,肌张力下降程度不同。 Objective To provide theoretical bases for the treatment of lower limb palsy with partial neurotomy in the muscle portal, Methods Tenty-four normal adult male SD rats weighing from 240 to 260 g were divided randomly into 4 groups, which received neurotomy of 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% of the neuropodion of the triceps surae muscle The preoperative and postoperative maximum muscular tension of the triceps surae muscle during tonic contraction were measured Results There was no significant difference in the maximum muscular tension of SD rat triceps surae muscle between the 4 groups before the operatoin in contrast. significant reduction of the maximum muscular tension was observed in all groups after the operation. Conclusion The selective neurotomy of appropriate proportion of the neuopodion is effective to reduce the muscular tension of the triceps surae.
