黄芪中黄酮类成分HPLC指纹图谱及聚类分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立黄芪药材中黄酮类成分HPLC指纹图谱,为其质量控制及基原鉴别提供方法学依据。方法采用HPLC法建立黄芪中黄酮类成分指纹图谱,标示其共有峰与特征峰,进行相似度评价及聚类分析。结果通过对10批不同产地黄芪药材的测定,标定9个共有峰,其相似度在0.826~0.990之间,经聚类分析,共可分为类4类,其中样品3、6、4聚为一类,5、9、1、7、8聚为一类,2和10分别单独聚为一类。结论该方法精确性高,精密度好,对黄芪的质量控制提供了一定方法学的依据。 Objective To establish a method for HPLC-fingerprint of Radix astragalimongolici from different areas. Methods With the labeled mutual peaks and characteristic peak in HPLC fingerprint spectrum of flavonoids in Radix astragalimongolici, the similarity evaluation and cluster analysis were carried out. Results The similarity was in the range of 0.826 ~ 0.990 among 9 labeled mutual peaks by determination of 10 batches of different origin of Radix astragalimongolici. The results of cluster analysis showed that the samples could be divided into 4 class: sample 3, 6 and 4 of one class, 5, 9, 1, 7, 8 of other class, 2 and 10 of one class. Conclusions This method of established fingerprint is repeatable and specific, which can be used for the quality control and species identification of Radix astragalimongolici.
