摘要
利用胜任力理论及胜任力模型的研究方法,对龙岩学院辅导员的核心能力进行探究。建立辅导员能力的胜任力模型,根据模型分析龙岩学院辅导员胜任力差距及存在的原因,提出提升辅导员胜任力的思路。
This paper, with the competence theory and competence matrix, tries to discover the core competences for the political tutors in Longyan University. The author has established a competence matrix for the political tutors and put forward some concerning suggestions on improving the competences for the political tutors after analyzing the differences and the reasons concerned with the matrix.
