龙岩市农村劳动力就业拓展提升的思考

Development and Increase of Employment for Rural Labor in Longyan City

随着工业化、城镇化进程的加快,农村劳动力就业拓展提升成为经济社会发展中不可忽视的问题。文章结合相关数据,用统计分析方法,分析龙岩市农村劳动力就业现状、就业结构特征,针对农村劳动力就业存在的问题,提出农村劳动力就业拓展提升的对策建议。

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, the employment for rural labor has become an is- sue that can not be ignored in the economic and social development. This paper, based on the data and statistical analy- sis, tries to analyze employment situation and employment structures for the rural labor in Longyan City. As for the exist- ing problems concerning the employment of rural labor, the author has put forward some countermeasures to develop and increase the employment.
