摘要
以具体工程为例,探讨了商住混合类项目在工程设计中遇到的难题,论述了整个项目的设计思路及过程。在具体设计中,使用钢板剪力墙来解决剪力墙体抗剪承载力不足的问题,提供了一个行之有效的解决思路;使用后浇带解决了桩基础设计中不均匀沉降问题。
In this paper, difficulty in designing the projects with commerce and inhabitation mixed function is discussed, and the consideration and procedure of designing the whole project is disserted. Specifically, the steel plate shear walls are adopted to solve the shortage of shear strength of walls, which is an effective method in practice. The differential settlement is eliminated by the site of post-casting band.
