异丙酚复合芬太尼静脉全麻对术中呼吸的影响（附21例观察）

Effects of Propofol Combined with Fentanyl on Breathing in Anesthesia

目的 观察异丙酚复合芬太尼静脉全麻对术中呼吸的影响。方法 随机选择ＡＳＡⅠ～Ⅱ级乳癌根治术病人２１例，行异丙分配复合芬太尼静脉全麻，不使用肌松剂，观察呼吸频率９ＲＲ）、潮气量（ＴＶ）、每分通气量（ＭＶ）、呼气 二氧化碳（ＰＥＴＣＯ２）和脉博血氧饱和度（ＳａＰＯ２）。结果 ＲＲ、ＴＶ减少（Ｐ〈０．０１），ＰＥＴＣＯ２增加（Ｐ〈０．０１），ＳａＰＯ２全部为１００％。结论

Objective:To observe the effects of propofol combined with fentanyl on breathing in anesthesia.Method:Twentyone elective operation of adult patients with breast carcinoma,ASA class Ⅰ～Ⅱ.received total intravenous anesthesia with propofol combined with fentanyl.RR、TV、MV、P ET CO 2 and SaPO 2.Result:RR、TV、MV decreased(P<001),P ET CO 2 increased(P<001)and all SaPO 2 were 100%.Conclusion:Anesthesia with propofolfentanyl can repress respiration.The significant correlations were found between the repressed degree and age and physique.
