摘要
目的测量中国汉族正常成人丘脑体积,分析丘脑体积与年龄、性别、体重及颅脑容积的相关性,为建立中国成人数字标准脑提供可靠数据。方法选择健康汉族成人志愿者1000名,按年龄分为18-30、31-40、41-50、51-60、61-80岁5组,每组男、女各100名。采用1.5TMR采集图像,应用Aquariusws软件手动逐层勾画丘脑边界,软件自动计算其体积,并对测量的数据进行标准化处理。不同侧别丘脑体积间采用配对t检验分析,不同性别同侧别之间采用两独立样本t检验,不同年龄段之间体积比较采用方差分析,并对丘脑体积和年龄、体重、颅脑容积的相关性做积差相关分析。结果男性志愿者左、右侧丘脑体积分别为(5776±780)、(56554±759)mm^3,女性左、右侧丘脑体积分别为(54644±573)、(53604±542)mm^3,男性左、右侧丘脑体积均大于女性,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.245、2.200,P值均〈0.01)。5组志愿者左侧丘脑体积分别为(6180±534)、(60474±562)、(54264±471)、(55524±526)、(48664±552)mm^3,右侧丘脑体积分别为(60694±532)、(58954±539)、(53574±480)、(53964±445)、(47914±558)mm^3,5组间左、右侧丘脑体积差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为165.686、165.235,P值均〈0.01)。左、右侧丘脑体积与年龄均呈负相关(r值分别为-0.633、-0.645,P值均〈0.05)。结论1.5TMR扫描仪分辨率高,能清晰显示脑内灰白质,明确辨别丘脑的边界,为丘脑体积测量提供依据,为正常成人丘脑体积建立提供科学数据。
Objective To measure the volume of thalamus in 1000 healthy Chinese Han nationality adults, and to analyze the relationship between thalamic volume and age, sex, weight and cerebral volume, to provide reliable data for the construction of database of Chinese adults' digital standard brain. Methods Totally 1000 healthy Chinese adults of Han nationality aged from 18 to 80 years were recruited. They were divided into 5 groups by age: 18±30,31±40,41±50,51±60 and 61±80 years. Each group included 100 males and 100 females. Brain images were obtained on a 1.5 T MR, and the outline of thalami was drawn with Aquariusws software. Then the thalamic volume was calculated automatically. The volumes of left and right thalamus were compared by paired sample t-test. Thalamic volumes of the same side were compared between males and females by independent sample t-test. And thalamie volumes of different age groups were compared by one-way ANOVA. The relationships between thalamic volume and age, sex, weight and cerebral volume were analyzed respectively. Results The males' standardized volumes of left and right thalamus ofhealthy Chinese Han nationality adults were ( 5776±780 ), ( 5655±759 )mm3, and they were ( 5464±573 ) , (5360±542) mm3 for female. The males' thalamic volume was more than the females' on the same side(t = 2. 245,2. 200,P 〈 0. 01 ). The left thalamie volumes of various age groups were (6180±534) , (6047±562), (5426±471 ), (5552±526), (4866±552) mm3, respectively, while the fight thalamic volumes of the5 groups were (6069 +532),(5895±539),(5357±480),(5396±445),(4791±558)mm3 ,respectively. There were statistically significant difference among the 5 groups (F = 165. 686, 165. 235,P 〈 0. 01 ). The left and right thalamic volume were all negatively correlated with age (r = - 0. 633, - 0. 645,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions With high resolution 1.5 T MR scanner, grey matter and white matter can be depicted clearly and the outline of thalamic can be discriminated specifically. It is useful for the measurement of thalamic volume and scientific data to build Chinese adults' digital standard brain.
