山东汉族人上颌第二前磨牙根管情况的锥束CT观察

A CBCT STUDY OF ROOT CANAL MORPHOLOGY OF MAXILLARY SECOND PREMOLAR IN HAN NATIONALITY OF SHANDONG PROVINCE

目的通过对山东地区汉族人上颌第二前磨牙的锥束CT(CBCT)观察,了解其根管解剖特征。方法筛选山东地区汉族人上颌第二前磨牙90颗,用CBCT对其牙根管情况进行观察。结果 90颗牙中单根牙86颗,双根牙4颗。单根管为53颗(58.9%),双根管为37颗(41.1%)。根管类型出现了VERTUCCI分类法中的Ⅰ～Ⅵ型。单双混合型根管中根管分叉区可出现在根管任何位置,绝大多数靠近根尖1/3区。约12.2%的牙齿发现侧支根管,约4.4%的牙齿发现管间吻合。结论上颌第二前磨牙根管解剖结构较复杂,在临床工作中应掌握其结构特点。

Objective To study the canal morphology of maxillary second premolar in Han people of Shandong province by using cone beam computed tomography （CBCT）. Methods Maxillary second premolars （n：90） were screened and scanned with CBCT,their dental canals were observed. Results Of the 90 teeth, single rooted tooth was seen in 86, two-rooted tooth was found in four. Single root canal was seen in 53 teeth （58.9%）, 37 （41.1%） teeth were found to have two-rooted canal. Ⅰ- Ⅵ type in VERTUCCI grouping appeared in this study. In single-double mixed pattern root canal, the bifurcation could be seen at any location of the root, mostly near to 1/3 of the root tip. Collateral pulp canalwas found in 12.2% of the teeth, and about 4.4% of the teeth had an inter-canal anastomosis. Conclusion The anatomic structure of root canal of maxillary second premolar is complicated, this feature is essential in clinical practice.
