摘要
目的 :观察米力农对家兔膈肌的作用。方法 :双侧膈神经刺激 30~ 40min ,复制膈肌疲劳 (DiF)。动物随机分为米力农组、米力农加维拉帕米组。于用药前及用药后 30、6 0min记录跨膈压 (Pdi)、膈肌肌电图 (EMGdi) ,计算高 /低频比值 (H/L)和中心频率 (Fc)。结果 :米力农 1mg/kg ,用药后 30min ,可提高Pdi、H/L、Fc(P <0 .0 1) ;维拉帕米 1mg/kg可阻断上述效应 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :米力农有抗DiF作用 。
?Objective:To investigate effects of milrinone on transdiaphragmatic pressure(Pdi) and electrical activity of diaphragm.Methods:The diaphragmatic fatigue was induced in rabbits by bilateral electrophrenic stimulation at frequency of 30 Hz applied from 30 to 40 min.The rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:(1)milrinone group(milrinone 1 mg/kg);(2)milrinone plus verapamil group(milrinone 1 mg/kg plus verapamil 1 mg/kg).The transdiaphragamatic pressure and diaphragmatic electromyogram(EMGdi) were recorded before and after treatment.The high and low frequency ratio(H/L) and central frequency(Fc) were calculated.Results:The Pdi,Fc and H/L were markedly increased by milrinone treatment for 30 min,compared to pre treatment( P < 0.01 ).The effect of milrinone can be inhibited by verapamil( P <0.05).Conclusions:The milrinone improves contractility in the diaphragmatic fatigue. 〔
