摘要
本文研究了在高原低氧环境中一氧化碳、苯对小鼠毒性的影响。结果证明一氧化碳和苯的毒性随海拨高度增加而增强,一氧化碳中毒加剧了高原低氧环境下动物的缺氧程度。在同一海拨高度,染毒组动物血氧饱和度和氧分压明显低于对照组,且随染毒浓度增加而降低。说明高原低氧环境中一氧化碳、苯对小鼠的毒性比平原有明显增加。
Toxic effect of co and benzene on mice under hypoxia at high altitude wa-studied.Result of the study showed that the toxicity of co and benzene increased with increasing altitude above sea level.Co poisoned mice sufferedmore serious hypoxia at high altitudes.At the same altitude,the poisoned animals showed an obvious lower blood oxygen saturation level and continue todecrease as the degree of intoxification increases.These results explained thatco and benzene were more toxic to mice under hypoxia environment at high al-titude.
