1108例绝经后妇女取器的临床观察

Clinical observation of remove intrauterine device in post-menopause woman:on 1108 cases report

目的探讨绝经后妇女取器的有效方法。方法回顾性分析1108例取器妇女的病历资料,就取器效果进行分析。结果 1108例中取器顺利者938例(84.66%),取器较困难116例(10.47%)。结论对绝经后妇女采用正确的方法取器,可减少受术者痛苦,提高手术安全度。

Objective To discuss the effective way of remove intrauterine device in post-menopause woman. Methods Retrospective analysed medical record of 1108 cases women removed intrauterine device, analysed the effect. Results In 1108 cases, removed intrauterine device successfully 938 cases （84. 66% ）, removed intrauterine device difficult 116 cases （10. 47% ）. Conclusion Post-menopause women with the right approach to remove intrauterine device can reduce patient pain and improve the surgical safety.
