外伤性睑球粘连的硅海绵结膜囊重建术

Silica spongia used as support in the conjunctial sac reconstruction of symblepharon

目的 应用硅海绵作为支撑物治疗睑球粘连结膜囊重建。方法 将硅海绵固定在穹隆部及睑部结膜之间 ,用以支撑结膜囊及其植片。结果 2 1例 ( 2 2眼 )睑球粘连结膜囊重建的效果满意率达 81 8%。结论 治疗睑球粘连结膜囊重建 ,硅海绵是理想的支撑物。

Objective Silica spongia was used as support in the conjunctival sac reconstruction of symblepharon.Methods Silica spongia was fixed between fornical conjunctiva and plapebral conjunctiva and was used as support supporting conjunctival sac and implant.Results The results of the conjunctival sac reconstruction in 21 symblepharon cases(22 eyes)were favourable in 81.8%.Conclusion Silica spongia is a good support in the conjunctival sac reconstruction of symblepharon.
