Cause and nursing countermeasure of common complication in venous retention needls

目的通过对静脉留置针常见的并发症及原因进行分析,探讨其相应的预防和护理对策。方法对使用静脉留置针的368例患者的并发症发生情况进行总结,分析其可能发生的原因,针对相应并发症制定有针对性的预防护理措施。结果 368例患者中,发生并发症42例,发生率为11.4%,其中包括导管堵塞16例、置管后局部液体渗出12例、皮下血肿6例、局部静脉炎5例、静脉血栓形成3例。结论严格执行护理操作,做好健康宣教,改进护理技能可有效预防和减少静脉留置针相关并发症的发生。

Objective To analyse the common complication and the reason of venous retention needls, to investigate the prevention and nursing countermeasure. Methods Summarized the complication occurrence of 368 cases patients with venous retention needls, analysed its possible cause, and drew up preventive nursing countermeasure for the corresponding compli- cation. Results In 368 cases patients, complications occurred 42 cases, the occurrence rate was 11.4%, including catheter blockage 16 cases,local catheter fluid leakage 12 cases, subcutaneous hematoma 6 cases, local phlebitis 5 cases, venous thrombosis 3 cases. Conclusion Strict operational procedures,complete health education and improvement of nursing skill can effectively prevent and reduce complication.
