煤矿综采工作面空气中煤尘浓度分布规律 被引量:3

Research on the Distribution Pattern of Coa Dust Concentration Along the Longwall Face in an Anthracite mine

摘要 本文报告了某无烟煤矿综采工作面空气中煤尘浓度分布规律,由进风端至回风端,煤尘浓度几何均数呈上升趋势;在采煤机司机操作处煤尘浓度急剧上升,可达478.96mg/m^3,到采煤机下风向20m 处达最高峰963.11mg/m^3。作者认为该规律可为制订有效的防尘、降尘措施以及进而研究综采工接尘水平与煤肺发生发展的关系提供依据。 In order to work out a scientific basis to device a dust-preventingmethod,to study the relationship between dust exposure level and CWPmorbidity,to revise hygenic criteria and to locate dust concentration atvarious points,the authors completed a cocal dust concentration surveyat a longwall face in an anthracite mine during 1986-1987.The KBCdust-surveying devices were used and 806 dust samples were collected.The result showed that the dust concentrations along longwall face fromheadgate to tailgate increase gradually as a smooth curve.The dustconcentration on up wind direction from the shearer is 49.28mg/m^3.Itis 478.96mg/m^3 at the middle point of the shearer and the highest dustconcentration can reach 963.11mg/m^3 on the down wind direction 20maway from the shearer.Thereafter,it decreases gradually.The causeswhich resulted in such dust concentration distribution were analysed.
