摘要
目的 研究准分子激光屈光性角膜手术对眼压测量的影响。方法 41例 ( 80眼 )手术前后用Schiotz眼压计及非接触式眼压计 (NCT)分别测量眼压 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 ( 1)Schiotz眼压计所测眼压手术前后无显著性差异 ,NCT则有显著性差异 ;手术前后NCT所测眼压值均显著低于Schiotz眼压计。 ( 2 )手术前后NCT所测眼压差值显著大于Schiotz眼压计所测得者 ;近视度与Schiotz眼压计所测眼压差值的相关性不显著 ,与NCT眼压差值的相关性有显著性意义。结论 PRK使术后所测眼压值偏低 ,近视度愈大 ,偏低愈明显 ,对NCT测量准确性的影响更为明显。
Objective To investigate the influences of intraocular pressure examination with excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy(PRK). Methods The intraocular pressure of 80 eyes of 41 PRK patients were examined with Schiotz or Non contact tonometer(NCT) pre and post operatively, and statistically analysis with data.Results 1. There were no significant differences with Schiotz tonometer, 19.76±2.75 mmHg pre operatively, for, 18.91±4.76 mmHg post operatively. There were significant differences (P<0.01) with NCT, 16.97±2.84 mmHg pre operatively, 14.64±6.05 mmHg post operatively. 2. The differences of intraocular pressure with NCT were 4.61±3.50 mmHg pre and post operatively, It had significant differences comparing to Schiotz tonometer(P<0.01).Correlation(r 1) of pre correction myopic diopter(X) and intraocular pressure differences(Y 1) with Schiotz tonometer was 0.19, the linear regression analysis was Y 1=1.68+0.26X, and had no statistically differences (P>0 05). Correlation (r 2) of pre correction myopic diopter(X) and intraocular pressure differences(Y 2) with NCT was 0.22, the linear regression analysis was Y 2=2.51+0.36X, and had statistcally differences (P<0.06).Conclusion The examination of intraocular pressure was lower after PRK, the more the pre corrective myopic diopters, the lower the intraocular pressure, especially for applanometers.
