白内障术中玻璃体脱出无缝线植入后房型人工晶状体

Posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation without suture fixation in cataract extraction with vitreous prolapsed

目的 探讨白内障囊外摘出术中玻璃体脱出植入后房型人工晶状体的简易方法。方法 对 17例 ( 17眼 )采用无缝线法植入后房型人工晶状体。结果 对其中 15例随访 5～ 3 6月 ,矫正视力≥ 0 .5者 12例 ,≥ 1.0者 4例 ,0 2～ 0 .5者 3例。结论 此法植入后房型人工晶状体 ,眼内操作少 ,简单易行 ,效果良好。

Objective To investigate a simplified method in operation of posterior chamber intraocular lens(P C IOL) implantation in cataract extraction with vitreous prolapsed.Methods The simplified operation method was applied to 17 cases with P C IOL without suture fixation.Results There were 15 cases randomly selected for the postoperative follow up investigation in the period 5～36 months after operation.The corrected visual acuity was ≥0.5 in 12 cases,≥1.0 in 4 cases,0.2～0.5 in 3 cases were found respectively.Conclusion It is simple and good effect in intraocular operation by this method of P C IOL implantation.
