摘要
目的 :为探讨 2型糖尿病 (DM )患者凝血及纤溶活性与血液流变学的关系 ,方法 :采用ELISHA法测定了 6 5例 2型DM患者和 30名正常对照的血浆D -二聚体水平 ,同时测定血粘度和血脂。结果 :显示 2型DM患者血浆D -二聚体 ,血粘度 ,总胆固醇和甘油三脂水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,伴有视网膜病变 2型DM组的血浆D -二聚体 ,全血粘度 ,血浆粘度 ,红细胞聚积指数和变形指数均高于无视网膜病变组 (P <0 .0 1) ;血浆D -二聚体水平与空腹血糖 ,全血粘度低切率和血浆粘度呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :提示 2型DM患者存在血凝和纤溶活性增高 ,并与血液流变学改变密切相关 ;血浆D -二聚体是监测
Objective: In order to investingate the coagulability and fibrinolysis and its relation to hemorrheological alterations in the NIDDM patients. Methods: The plasma concentrations of D-dimer in 65 NIDDM patients and 30 healthy subjects were determined by using a sandwich ELISA; blood viscosity and serum lipids were measured simultaneously. Results: The results showed that the levels of D-dimer ,blood viscosity, cholesterol and triglyceride in NIDDM patients were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects (P<0.01) .There was significantly higher level of plasma D-dimer and indexes of hemorrheology in diabetics with retinopathy than in diabetics without retinopathy(P<0.01). The level of D-dimer was correlated positively with low shear of blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fasting blood glucose in NIDDM patients (P<0.01) .Conclusion: The above findings indicate that in NIDDM patients, there are increases in coagulability and fibrinolysis, which are closely related to alterations of hemorrheology.Plasma D-dimer is useful for monitoring coagulation and fibinolysis in NIDDM patients .
