从角膜缘测量用于后徙内直肌矫正先天性内斜视

Correcting congenital esotropia with recession medial rectus measured from limbus of two eyes

目的 :探讨用两条内直肌后徒能否矫正先天性大角度内斜视。方法 :术中采用两眼内直肌从角膜缘测量进行后徒方法 ,后徒量 =从肌附着点后徒的mm数 +肌附着点至角膜缘的距离的mm数。结果 :只用两条肌肉后徒矫正了大角度内斜视 ,在眼位矫正 ,内转运动和恢复一定的视功能方面效果良好。结论 :只用两条内直肌后徒可以矫正≤ 10 0 Δ

Objective To study the possibility of correction of severe congenital esotropia, with recession of medial rectus.Methods Recession medial rectus were used according to the measurement of the distance from limbus. The extent of recession (millimeters) is the combination of distances from insertion of medial rectus to recesess point and to limbus. Results Recession operations of two medial rectus corrected the serious esotropia of these children. After the correction, their eye positions and movements are normal and visual functions are obviously improved. Conclusion Posterior suturing alone could correct the severe congenital esotropia ( ≤100 Δ).
