Investigation Report on occupational Hazard to workers in Phosphate Fertilizer Production

本文通过对磷肥厂的断面调查,进一步证实了神经衰弱症候群、腰背关节酸痛、慢性上呼吸道炎症等是磷肥生产工人的职业常见病、多发病。氟斑牙的检出率(21.7%)远高于广西等地,对其原因进行了追溯与分析。工业性氟病的诊断仍以骨骼x 线表现为主要依据,而尿氟的结果则无助于临床诊断。

The sectional investigation towards a phosphate fertilizer factory inHenan Province has further proved that symptoms of neurasthenia,sour andpain in joints of one's trunk and back,chronic inflammation in upperrespiratory tract are common and frequently occuring diseases among workersengaged in phosphate fertilizer production.The detectable rate of enamelfluorosis,21.7% is much higher than those in Guangxi and other provinceswhich is only 3.1%.The causes have been traced back and analyzed.Thediagnosis of industrial fluorosis is determined chiefly on the basis of skeletonX-rays,while the result of urofluorine test is of no value for clinical diagnosis.
