Clinical Analysis of Acute Poisoning Due to Cab Fire Smoke

本文对18例电缆失火烟雾急性中毒病例进行了分析,临床表现以胸闷、气短为主,肺功能测定示大、小气道功能及弥散功能受损,胸部CT 检查属肺间质增生组肺功能异常率高,烟雾对肺功能的远期影响及肺间质增生的转归尚需进行追踪观察。

Clinical data of 18 cases exposed to cable fire smoke were analysed.Most of them had severe chest tightness and breathlessness.Results of lungfunction tests showed that the large and small airway functions as ewllas diffuse capacity were impaired.The abnormal rate of lung function inthe group of pulmonary interstitial proliferation on CT scanning was morethan that of normal on CT.The long-term effects of fire smoke on lungfunction and prognosis of the pulmonary interstitial proliferation shouldbe followed up.
