摘要
本文反复从广西蔗渣尘所致变应性肺泡炎患者接触的生产原料旧蔗渣、生产环境空气、急性患者及接触者晨痰采集160份检样,经387样次不同培养基培养,分离出的放线菌主要为链霉菌属放线菌,其次为高温放线菌属放线菌。根据形态、生理生化特性、细胞壁组分分析,分离出的链霉菌属放线菌代表株为大分子霉素链霉菌、石蕊杀菌素链霉菌、诺尔斯氏链霉菌。在急性患者及接触者血清中检出抗上述三株链霉菌的特异性沉淀素。用1:述三株链霉菌孢子攻击兔,复制出兔肺变应性肺泡炎病变。证明广西蔗渣尘所致变应性肺泡炎病原菌可能主要是链霉菌属放线茵。
A total of 160 samples were collected repeatedly from the moldy bagassewhich caused acute bagassosis among exposed workers,and samples of theirmorning sputums as well as samples from the atmospheric environment of theproduction site in Guanxi.These were cultivated on various cultural media for387 times.Actinomycetes were isolated with streptomyces as the main speciefollowed by thermophilic actinomycetes.According to their morphological,cultural and physiological characteristics and cell wall composition,they wereidentified as S.macromonyceticus,S.litmocidine and S.noursei.Using theseStreptomyces as antigen,precipitated antibodies can be detected in the serumof workers suffered from acute bogassosis.When rabbits were challenged withspores of these streptomyces,pulmonary lesions of extrinsie allergic alveolitiscan be replicated.These results showed that the main pathogen of bagassosis inGuanxi may be streptomyces.
