摘要
目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子受体1(IGFR-1)在乳腺癌及正常乳腺组织中的表达及与ER、PR、cerbB-2的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测IGFR-1在40例乳腺癌和正常乳腺组织中的表达率。结果:IGFR-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达率为77.5%,在正常乳腺组织中的表达率为35%,两者之间有明显统计学差异(P<0.05);IGFR-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)呈正相关(r=0.41,P<0.05;r=0.36,P<0.05);与cerbB-2状态及临床分期无关(r=0.28,P>0.05;r=0.17,P>0.05)。结论:IGFR-1在乳腺癌组织中的高表达可作为乳腺癌的诊断的标志物,IGFR-1在乳腺癌的发生中有重要作用,IGFR-1可作为乳腺癌治疗的新靶点。
Objective : To examine the expression of insulin - like growth factor receptor 1 ( IGFR - 1 ) in breast cancer tissue and its relationship with ER, PR and cerbB - 2. Methods: The expressions of IGFR - 1 were detected in 40 patients with breast cancer and 40 controls with normal breast tissue with immunohistochemical method. Results: The expression rate of IGFR - 1 in breast cancer tissue was 77.5% , in normal breast tissue was 35 % , there was significant difference between the two groups(P 〈 0.05). In cancer group , there was positive correlation between the expression level of IGFR - 1 and estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) ( both P 〈 0.05 ) ; there was no significant relationship between IGFR - 1 expression and cerbB-2 and clinical stages (both P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: IGFR - 1 could be used as a biomarker for diagnosis of breast cancer , IGFR - 1 plays an important role in the development of breast cancer and IGFR - 1 could be a new target for treatment of breast cancer.
