羰基镍作业工人淋巴细胞的转化 被引量:4

Study of Lymphocyte Transformation in Workers of Long-term Nickel Carbonyl Exposure

摘要 用形态学方法对34名长期从事羰基镍的作业工人及15名正常非接触者进行淋巴细胞转化试验。分别用硫酸镍及PHA 作为抗原物及刺激物对淋巴细胞进行培养。发现高工龄组的PHA 淋转率明显低于低工龄组及正常非接触组。结果显示长期接触羰基镍能降低机体细胞免疫功能,并有可能成为致癌的因素之一。 Morphologic lymphocyte transformation tests were carried out in 34nick-el carbonyl workers with 15 non-exposed subjects as controls.PHA and mckelsulfate were used as stimulant and antigen respectively.The findings indicatedthat the PHA lymphocyte transformation rate (LTR) was significantly de-creased in workers who had long-term esposure (10 years) in contrast withworkers of shorter length of service.This result indicates that long-term expo-sure to nickel carbonyl may cause an decreased cellular immunity toworkers and may be a causative factor of carcinogenesis.
