多发性大动脉炎累及冠状动脉1例报道 被引量：1

摘要 1临床资料 患者，女，22岁，因“活动性右上肢疼痛6个月，伴发作性胸闷、胸痛2个月”为主诉于2011年9月11日就诊。6个月前患者活动时出现右上肢疼痛，伴胸闷、胸痛、恶心及大汗症状，休息5-10min后症状缓解。后患者在强体力劳动后上述症状反复发作，在当地医院行心电图检查提示高侧壁及广泛前壁缺血性改变，给予干预治疗（具体用药用法用量不详），效果不佳，遂至本院就诊。患者既往无吸烟史，否认有高血压病史。
