层黏连蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原在小鼠肾发育中的表达

摘要 目的:观察层黏连蛋白(LN)和Ⅳ型胶原(CoIV)在小鼠肾发育中的时空性表达,探讨其与。肾发育的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学结合免疫印迹,检测不同胚龄及生后日龄小鼠肾组织LN和CoIV的表达及其含量变化。结果:LN在输尿管芽、各期肾小体、肾小管及集合管的基底膜处均有表达,并随肾的发育其表达量逐渐增加;CoIV在胚龄12d时,在输尿管芽周围没有表达,以后,在各期肾小体、肾小管和集合管的基底膜处均有表达,随肾的发育其表达量逐渐增加。结论:推测LN和CoIV可能对小鼠肾发育以及成熟肾各结构的维持起重要作用。 Objective: To observe the temporospatial and spatial expressions of laminin (LN) and collagen IV (Co IV ) in the developing mouse kidney and discuss its relationship with kidney development. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and Western blotting were used to detect the expression 05 LN and Co IV in embryos and postnatal mouse kidneys. Results: The expression of laminin was noticed in the ureteric bud, all stages of the glomeruli, renal tubules and collecting ducts, and increased gradually with aging; The expression of Co IV was detected in all stages of the glomeruli, renal tubules and collecting ducts, except for the ureteric bud, and also increased gradually with aging. Conclusion: LN and Co IV play an important role in the development and maturation of the mouse kidney.
