摘要
本文观察了在抑制巨噬细胞吞噬功能状况下,SiO_2粉尘引起的巨噬细胞形态改变及酸性磷酸酶的细胞内分布情况。结果表明,在加入细胞松弛素B 后,SiO_2仍可造成明显的细胞损伤和酸性磷酸酶的胞内扩散;提示:较高剂量SiO_2粉尘对细胞质膜的直接作用在其诱发的巨噬细胞损伤过程中具有重要意义。
In this study,we used cytochalasin B(CB) to observe silica-inducedalveolar macrophage(AM) damage under the condition of inhibition ofphagocytosis in order to investigate the relationship between effect of silica onplasma membrane and on lysosome membrane in the process of AM damageby silica.The results showed that after addition of CB.silica can still induce ev-ident cell injury and the diffusion of ACP■ in cytoplasm,compared withsilica-exposed cell without treatment of CB,suggesting that at higher dose ofsilica,the direct interaction between silica and cell plasma membrane play animportant role in developing cell damage.
