摘要
对接触甲苯工人及志愿者测定其肺泡气中甲苯浓度。结果表明:班中肺泡气平均浓度及脱离接触后各时点肺泡气浓度与空气甲苯浓度有较好的相关,采样时间以脱离接触后30分钟为佳,接触空气浓度100mg/m^3时,肺泡气中甲苯的建议生物阈限值为:班中平均肺泡气浓度50mg/m^3,脱离接触后0分、30分和180分钟相应的值为:70、20和10mg/m^3。
Toluene concentration in alveolar air of exposed workers and volunteerswere monitored with results which showed that the mean toluene concentra-tion in alveolar air during exposure and that at different periods after cessationof exposure corelated well with the toluene concentration of the worksite at-mosphere.Optimum time for sampling was shown to be 30 min.after leavingthe exposed site.When the toluene concentration of the worksite atomosphereis at 100 mg/m^3,the biological limit value (BLV) is suggested to be at 50mg/m^3 (means of samples taken during the workshift),and 70,20 and 10mg/m^3 for samples taken at 0,30,and 180 min.after cessation of exposure.
