摘要
在无水乙醚中 1 -锂代环己烯和烯丙基溴化镁于无水溴化锌作用下发生金属化克兰荪重排反应 ,生成 2 -烯丙基 -1 ,1 -偕二金属环己烷。通过对温度、溶剂量和投料顺序等重排反应主要影响因素的考察和优化 ,可使 2 -烯丙基 -1 ,1 -偕二金属环己烷的收率达到 65 %。
Allyl-1,1-gemdimetallic cyclohexan was prepared from the corresponding 1-lithiocyclohexene and allyl magnesium bromide by metalla-Claisen rearrangement in the presence of anhydrous zinc bromide. The effects of several factors on the reaction were investigated such as the reaction temperature, the amount of solvent and the addition sequence of reagents. The yield of 1,1-gemdimetallic 2-allylcyclohexane can reach 65% by this method.
