摘要
采用三氯化磷、异丙醇为原料 ,吡啶为有机碱合成亚磷酸三异丙酯。研究了溶剂、反应温度和不同的有机碱对酯产率的影响。在优化的反应条件下 ,亚磷酸三异丙酯的产率达到 85 %。对粗品进行减压精馏 ,产品含量达到 95 %。
Triisopropyl phosphite was synthsized from phosphorus trichloride and isopropanol using pyridine as an organic base. The effects of reaction teperature, solvents and organic base on the ester yield were studied. Under the optimized reaction conditions the yield can reach 85% and the content of product can reach 95% by rectification of the crude product under vacuum.
